ILM Level 5
ILM Level 5
Institute of Leadership & Management (ILM)
ILM is an internationally recognised management-awarding body whose qualifications align with the UK’s Qualifications & Credit Framework (QCF) and are accredited by the Office of Qualifications & Examinations Regulation (OfQual)
Levels of Certification
ILM qualifications range from Level 2 to 7. Elite Training delivers Levels 2, 3 & 5
Choose from a list of modules to make up the necessary accreditation (i.e. Level 2, 3 or 5). Once complete, delegates are awarded a Unit Certification for the Level obtained
Extra modules allow delegates to gain more Credit Values (CVs). Once additional modules are complete, delegates obtain a Full Award, Certificate or Diploma, for that level
So, in each level, delegates can achieve:
- Unit accreditation
- Award accreditation
- Certification Accreditation
- Diploma Accreditation (NB: Diploma Level is not offered by Elite Training)
Duration: 4 days minimum, depending on modules selected
Delegates must obtain a minimum of 6 credits (2-3 modules) to obtain a Level 5 Award in Leadership & Management. The course prepares delegates for all necessary assignments (see module options below)
