What PRINCE2 Courses Are Available?

PRINCE2 Foundation (3 days)

This is the starting point for anyone new to the PRINCE2 methodology. Over three full days, delegates are taken through the core terminology, principles, practices and processes that underpin PRINCE2 project management. The course is designed to prepare you thoroughly for the Foundation exam, which tests your knowledge across all of these areas.

Our Foundation pass rate is currently 100% year to date, which reflects the quality of tuition and the hands-on approach our trainers bring to every session. Once you’ve achieved your Foundation certificate, you can progress to the Practitioner level or maintain your accreditation through PeopleCert’s CPD programme. The Foundation certification is valid for three years.

PRINCE2 Practitioner (2 days)

The Practitioner course is designed for those who already hold a PRINCE2 Foundation certificate and want to take their knowledge further. Over two intensive days, the focus shifts from understanding the methodology to applying it in real workplace environments. You’ll learn how to tailor the PRINCE2 framework to suit different project contexts and develop the practical skills needed to pass the Practitioner exam.

To attend, you’ll need at least one of the following: a PRINCE2 Foundation certificate (2009 or higher), PMP, CAPM, or an IPMA qualification at any level. The Practitioner certification is valid for three years and can be renewed by retaking the exam, pursuing another PeopleCert accreditation or maintaining annual CPD with PeopleCert.

PRINCE2 Foundation & Practitioner Combined (5 days)

For delegates who want to achieve both certifications without a lengthy gap between them, the combined course is the most efficient route. Foundation is covered across the first three days, followed by two Practitioner days the following week. Both exams are included in the course fee, and delegates sit them at the end of their respective modules.

This is our most popular PRINCE2 option and works particularly well for professionals who want to complete their training in a single, structured block. We’d recommend leaving no more than six months between Foundation and Practitioner if you choose to take them separately.
