We run PRINCE2 across three formats, and which one suits you depends mostly on where you already stand.

PRINCE2 Foundation (3 days | £995 + VAT)

No prior experience or qualification is needed to start here. Across three full days, delegates work through PRINCE2 principles, along with the practices and processes that put the method into action, building toward an exam that covers the material in full rather than a narrow slice of it. Enniskillen delegates sit the same Foundation exam as everyone else on the course, marked to the same PeopleCert standard, and our pass rate has held at 100% year to date. Certification runs for three years. After that, you can retake the Foundation exam or move up to Practitioner, and there’s also the option of keeping it active annually through PeopleCert’s CPD scheme.

PRINCE2 Practitioner (2 days | £1,020 + VAT)

Practitioner is where the qualification stops being about recall and starts being about application. Over two days, the course focuses on adapting PRINCE2 to real project scenarios, and the exam tests exactly that rather than how well you can define terms. You’ll need a qualifying certificate to book onto it, most commonly PRINCE2 Foundation from 2009 onward, though PMP, CAPM and IPMA qualifications are also accepted. Our Practitioner pass rate sits between 85% and 90%, well ahead of the 77% national average, and like Foundation, the certificate holds for three years before renewal.

PRINCE2 Foundation & Practitioner Combined (5 days | £1,995 + VAT)

Most delegates travelling from Enniskillen choose the five-day option that covers both levels, and the reasoning is straightforward. It covers both qualifications in one trip rather than two, and both exams are built into the programme so the fee covers everything from start to finish. If you’d prefer to split the two levels instead, we’d still recommend sitting Practitioner within six months of Foundation, so the material is still fresh when you get there.

Training Closer to Home

Enniskillen sits around ninety minutes from Belfast by road, further than some of the other towns we train delegates from, which is exactly why a closed course run at your own premises is worth serious consideration if you’ve more than a couple of people needing certification. We bring the training to you and run it around your organisation’s own examples rather than generic ones, which removes the need for travel altogether. It’s a route that tends to work out better value once you’re booking five or more people onto the same dates, which also qualifies for group pricing on our public courses.

Attending Our Public Courses in Belfast

Our public PRINCE2 courses run in Belfast, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. For Enniskillen delegates making that drive, it’s worth building in enough time to arrive comfortably for a 9am start rather than cutting it fine, and some delegates choose to stay over in Belfast for a five-day course covering both levels rather than commuting each day. Either way, every course, public or closed, includes the exam fee and all official PRINCE2 materials, so there’s nothing extra to budget for once you’ve booked.
